THE REFERENCE (MANIPULATION) to Coalition
      of the Participants of an International Symposium,
   devoted "Nature-space anomalies, problems global ecology
                   and survival of Mankind".

     Has  passed  67  years from time of the  Third  Reference
(manipulation) of a Coalition to Mankind, sounding in 1929  on
the  radio  in  main languages of our planet: English,  China,
Russian  and Spanish. The governments of countries  have  kept
the  Reference (manipulation) without comments and  the  press
has  hurried to present it as a radiojoke, similar that, which
radiocorrespondents, delivering the play on the novel  Gerbert
Wells "WAR of the worlds" have arranged. Though to Mankind  on
reflections was given 50 years, in Russia this text has become
widely  known  only in 1991, after output(exit)  of  the  book
"Asgard  -  city  of gods", when the terms for answer  already
have passed. By this document the observers, sent on the Earth
by  a  Coalition, did not possess the complete  and  authentic
information
on usual situation on our planet.
     On  extent of the last 50 years of government of  leading
countries  of the world attended to concealment  of  the  fact
alien of presence on Earth, and most main, communications with
alien  by a civilization, supervising MANKIND already many  of
thousands  of  years.  Ufologists of the  world  possess  huge
quantity of the facts, indicative of danger to such people  of
the  control. For this reason on the part of governments there
was the discredit of the scientists, researchers, attending to
the  investigation alien of presence, but also destruction  of
all   facts  of  visiting  of  our  planet  other   alien   by
civilizations,  included in a Coalition. The separate  members
of  governments  of various countries tried  to  tell  to  the
people  the  truth, for that have paid life. So the  president
Grenada  was  will overthrow from post in result  of  military
revolution  only  for the fact that has delivered  a  question
about  alien  presence before 33 sessions  OON.  Secretary  on

the  items  of information about communications of  government
USA  with  alien  civilization, list were  lost  politics  and
scientists, acting against alien control at Mankind very long.
     Therefore the participants of a Symposium, understanding,
that  on  our planet neither government, neither international
organization be not capable anything independently to  decide,
especially  to  make  by  the reference  (manipulation),  have
undertaken the right to address to Coalition on behalf of  all
peoples with request to include MANKIND in structure.
