THE RESOLUTION of an International Symposium,
   devoted "Nature-space anomalies, problems global ecology
                   and survival of Mankind".

     Initiators  and organizers of realization of the  present
Symposium   the   newspaper   "Komsomolskay   pravda",    firm
"Permturist",  Urban  company ufology  have  acted  Ural  fund
Rerih. By the general sponsors of a measure of steel PNOS  and
Perm    urban   Administration.   On   Symposium   have   sent
representatives more 20 of cities of Russia, near and  distant
countries,    among    them    the   scientists,    ufologyst,
representatives of culture, press, radio, TV and number (line)
of   religious   consignments.  Was   registered   about   200
participants. After meetings the work of a Symposium passed on
four section:

     1.  Influence  of a phenomenon UFO to Mankind.  Ways  and
forms of co-operation with other civilizations.
     2.  Global  crisis of a civilization and methods  of  its
prevention.
     3.  Nature-space processes, their influence to  biosphere
and feedback.
    4. Biopower and health.

     Two days meeting of a Symposium passed in city Perm,  one
day  in  city  Kungur and for two days the participants  of  a
Symposium have gone away in village Molyobka. Result  of  work
of a Symposium was the following decisions:

     1.  To open in city Perm on the basis of Ural fund Rerikh
Committee  bioenergyinformation  of  exchange  and  branch  of
International academy energyinformation of sciences.
     2.  As  the governments of neither country of our  planet
cannot  act  with reference (manipulation) to  Coalition,  the
Symposium incurs the right on behalf of all peoples to address
to Coalition with request to accept MANKIND in its structure.
     3.  In  default or ignore by a Coalition of our Reference
(manipulation),  Symposium offers to conduct on  November  30,
1996  in city Perm congress of the scientists, ufologists  and
all  people  of  mankind concerned With  a  Rule  (situation),
having invited all early engaged, but also those, whom is what
to  say  on  this question, having transformed  this  movement
(traffic)  in political consignment, a main purpose  of  which
will be preparation of Mankind for introduction
into Coalition.
     It  is  accepted by the participants of  a  Symposium  on
August 17, 1996.
