Hi Visitors !

I would like to introduce myself as a co-author of the program WinMopac7.2. I am Roman Shchepin. In half a year I will obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry at Perm State University. My mother, father, uncle, grandfather and grandmother are chemists, so it makes a lot of sense that I chose chemistry as my major.

A few years ago I started to do some semi-empirical calculations . I was fascinated by the idea to predict some characteristics of chemical molecules without actually carrying out the syntheses of them. It was the main reason why I decided to make a windows interface for the nice but very old program Mopac7. I hope you enjoy using our program and the help file which I wrote will be useful for you.

Finally, it may be interesting for you why I know English. The reason for this is the year which I have spent studying English in the U.S.
